Strengthen, lengthen, and move with intention in this all-levels Pilates class. Through low-impact, controlled movements, you will build core strength, improve flexibility, and increase endurance while connecting mind and body. This class focuses on mindful movement and proper alignment to help improve balance, posture, and overall body awareness. Expect to feel challenged, accomplished, and energized.
