Hi, I’m Sarah — and I’m so glad you’re here.
Rooted Wellness was created from my own journey of learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and move with intention. As a mom, an athlete, and someone who has experienced both injury and recovery, I understand how important it is to feel safe and confident when you move.
Over the years, I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what truly supports your body. That belief shapes everything I offer at Rooted Wellness.
My classes blend gentle strength, yoga, mobility, and breathwork to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body. I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, offering options and guidance so movement feels empowering — not overwhelming.
Rooted Wellness is a space for real people. For beginners. For busy moms. For those looking to improve balance, build strength, or simply carve out time for themselves.
My hope is that when you walk into class, you feel welcomed, supported, and reminded that taking care of yourself matters.
Where are classes held?
Classes take place at Studio 13.
Is class size limited?
Yes. Classes are limited to 15 students to ensure personalized instruction and space to move comfortably.
What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
With a background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, modifications are always available to help you move safely.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
No. Classes are designed to accommodate all levels, with options and modifications provided.
