Beginners Yoga

This 50-minute Beginner Yoga class is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a strong foundation in their practice. Extra time will be spent on proper form, alignment, and body awareness as you learn how to move safely and confidently through basic yoga poses. You will be guided through gentle flows while developing breath control, focus, and mind–body connection. This class offers a supportive, welcoming environment to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and empowered on your mat.
