
This 50-minute All Levels Yoga class is designed to support students from beginner through advanced practitioners. We will build from foundational poses and progressively layer options and variations, allowing each student to find the appropriate level of challenge. Emphasis will be placed on mindful movement, proper alignment, and breath awareness, creating a practice that is both accessible and empowering.
