I am grateful to be sharing the transformation that Yin yoga can offer. This practice has taught me to soften, to sit with sensation, and to breathe through stillness — and that's where real transformation happens. These classes can be a brave space for you to receive a gentle reminder that strength isn't always about pushing harder; sometimes it's about pausing, surrendering, and allowing.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Missouri with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing! Throughout nursing school, I struggled at times to find balance between academics, my social life, and taking the time to care for myself. As someone who grew up as a competitive dancer, I also wanted to find something that filled that missing piece after stepping away from dance. Pilates became one of the outlets that helped me reconnect with that balance. Although challenging, it brings a sense of calm and allows me to focus on the movement while tuning out the outside noise. I love that pilates is curated in a way that makes working out both enjoyable and empowering, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction after every session.

Yoga found me in 2022. I was a year into a sports injury when a recommendation led me to the mat. Through a dedicated practice I found healing, strength and inner peace, empowering me to obtain my 200 YTT certification with South River Yoga in 2025. I'm still on a journey to define my unique style, but I find myself most passionate about guiding students through the gentle, balanced pace of Hatha yoga. I truly believe yoga is a universal gift. My mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels encouraged, nourished and leaves with a lasting sense of bliss.
