Welcome to the Flex, Fuel & Flourish Personal Training Community

Flex, Fuel & Flourish is a supportive Facebook-based wellness community created for women who want structure, accountability, and sustainable results — without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking. This program blends strength training, nutrition education, and mindset support to help you feel strong, energized, and confident in your daily life.

All nutrition education within the program is provided in collaboration with Carly Leon, MS, RD, CD, ensuring evidence-based guidance that is practical, realistic, and supportive of women’s health.

The community is designed with three membership tiers so you can choose the level of support that best fits your season of life.


🌿 Essentials

Perfect for women who want structure and community support without a large time commitment.

Includes:

  • Monthly workout program (updated every 4 weeks)

  • Recipes, sample meal plans, and general nutrition education guided by me and Carly Leon, MS, RD, CD

  • Private Facebook group access and daily community support

  • Mini-challenges with prize incentives, guest speakers, and book club opportunities

  • Access to the Resource Vault, including PDFs, habit trackers, and sample meal plans


💪 Empower

Best for women who want more accountability and deeper guidance.

Includes everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Health assessment with personalized fitness plan

  • Monthly progress check-in via email or text to review goals and receive tailored feedback

  • Monthly live group nutrition feedback and direction session via Zoom, led with support from Carly Leon, MS, RD, CD
    (Focused on education and guided adjustments — not a custom meal plan. Topics may include women’s health, protein and fiber intake, energy dips, cravings, and fueling for training.)


🌟 Elite

Designed for women who want individualized support and faster results.

Includes everything in Empower, plus:

  • Every other week 1:1 coaching calls (20–30 minutes via Zoom)

  • Every other week Check in via txt

  • Specialized training plan customized to your goals, with weekly modifications and adjustments

  • Priority Q&A access with personal responses within 24–48 hours
