Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Athletic Baking Mom Wellness was created from my love of movement, good food, and helping women feel strong, confident, and energized in their everyday lives. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a yoga instructor, a strength coach, a mom, and yes… someone who truly believes you can care about your health and still enjoy baking cookies in your kitchen.

This space brings all of my passions together under one roof, with a simple goal: helping you feel better in your body without overcomplicating wellness.

Yoga
Through Rooted, I offer classes designed to help you move with intention, breathe with purpose, and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have practiced for years, my classes blend mindfulness with smart alignment and functional movement so you can feel good on and off the mat.

Personal Training
With Flex, Fuel, and Flourish Personal Training, we focus on building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. No extremes. No guilt. Just effective workouts, realistic routines, and support that fits into real life.

Athletic Baking Mom also lives beyond the gym and studio. From farmer’s market favorites to nourishing products made to support an active lifestyle, this side of the business celebrates fueling your body while still enjoying the fun stuff.
